How to stop feeling so mentally drained

Well, why do we?

Have you noticed that we get mentally tired usually through the end part of the day? That's because we just make so many decisions in our day that our brain gets tired.

How do we avoid this?

There are many ways to achieve this, these are just a couple of them

Meditation

Meditation is an amazing way to feel refreshed. To start, just watch a youtube video, or download a free meditation app.

Naps

I used to think that naps are only for toddlers. I then realized that even adults need naps. This acts as a more scaled called version of sleep.

Caffeine

Caffeine helps add to your energy. Just make/buy some coffee, and drink it while working.

Do Important tasks first

Don’t drain your energy on unimportant tasks. You can organize your to-do list like me using the ABCDE technique(I wrote an article check that out here)
