We are all guilty of wasting time scrolling to TikTok, Youtube, or some time-wasting activity.
What is it?
In simple terms, it’s managing your to-do list based on priorities. It so you don't end up wasting hours doing things that aren't even important. First is A the things you have to do, B the things you should do, C the things that are nice to do, D the things to delegate, E eliminate all tasks that aren’t essential.
How to imply it
Sperate your todo list into 5 columns, and then write your todo to in the column that they belong in.
