Why I took a break from coding(and you need to too!)

I recently took a break from coding, and I think that everyone can benefit from it.

Why did I take a break?

To be totally honest it wasn't intended, I just got overwhelmed with school work, family, and other activities that had come up.

What did I learn from it?
