I was watching one of my favorite Youtuber Ali Abdall(Youtuber about productivity find him here), and he mentioned something called the 2-day rule which helps with developing habits.
What is the 2-day rule?
The 2- day rule is a way of giving you flexibility, and at the same time you will be able to develop your habits. It is not skipping whatever you want to have a habit of for two days in a row.
Why should I use it?
We all have bad habits that we want to make better. One of the main problems of habits is not doing it. The 2-day rule can help you develop that habit by giving you a little flexibility, and still be able to develop your goal.
